Terms of Use

These are the Terms of Use (“TOU”) of the Zenio Player (“App” or “Services”). This TOU applies to your access to and use of our App. When we say “we”, “our,” or “us” we are referring to Qin Shouhua, the entity responsible for providing the App or Services. Everything contained within this TOU is important and should be read by you. If you do not agree with this TOU, you should not use any of our Services.

- AGE ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least age of 13 or majority in the territory you’re residing in to use the App. If you are under the age of 13 (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence), you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who also agrees to be bound by this TOU. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, you are fully responsible at all times for the minor’s use of the Services, and if you believe that your child is using our Services without your consent, please contact us.

- USE RESTRICTION

You may only use our App for personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes. You agree and undertake not to:

a) use the App and Services for illegal purposes.
b) violate any applicable laws and regulations.
c) infringe any third party rights and intellectual property rights.
d) use crawlers, robots, data mining, extraction tools on the App.
e) impersonate any person or entity or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent you with any person or entity.
f) post any false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, harassing, defamatory, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, profane, sexually oriented/suggestive/explicit, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable materials or content.
g) interfere, disrupt, damage or limit the functioning of the App via software viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or any computer codes.
h) disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or modify any software or application contained in or available on our App in whole or in part, or otherwise attempt to obtain or access the source code of our App.
i) use of any automated screen capture or screen scraping technologies to obtain information from the App without the prior written approval us.
j) obtain subscription services through fraud, theft, hacking, or other illegal means.

- SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

a) The App provides paid subscription services. Users can choose weekly/monthly/annual plans and other packages as displayed.
b) Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable laws. Partial subscription periods are not refunded.
c) Auto-renewal: If you do not cancel auto-renewal before the expiration date, the system will automatically deduct fees for the next cycle according to the selected plan.
d) You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your account settings or payment platform settings at any time.
e) Subscription rights are non-transferable and can only be used by your own account.
f) We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices and benefits; any changes will be notified in advance.
g) Violating these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, industrial designs, trade dress, get-up, trade secrets, confidential information and any other intellectual property rights subsisting anywhere in the world, whether or not registered and including all applications for the same (“Intellectual Property Rights”), are owned by us, our affiliates, business associates or the respective third party owners. All information and materials on our App may not be published, modified, copied, reproduced, duplicated or altered in any way without our express written permission. If you violate these rights, we reserve the right to bring civil claims for, among others, damages or losses suffered. These violations may also constitute criminal offences.

- LINKING TO THIRD PARTY SITES

We are not responsible for the service or goods provided by a third-party site to which there may be a link on our App. We advise you to read the terms of services and privacy notice of each site which you visit.

- MODIFY OR TERMINATE OUR APP AND THIS TOU

We reserve the right to, at any time, modify our App; terminate this TOU; or suspend or terminate providing all or part of our Services. You may be required to accept updates to the Service, including updates to App that you have installed on your device.

- CHANGES

We may change this TOU from time to time. If we do so, we will post the revised TOU on this page and take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that you are aware of the updated TOU (including, if we have your e mail address, e-mailing you notifications of the updated TOU).
